Are you ready for some football? Well if so you will not be dissappointed in the new Madden Football 2010 from Electronic Arts. For those of you who have been off the grid, the Madden football series has been around since 1989. the franchise is going strong over 20 years later with a few hiccups here and there but EA always delivers a quality game that is fun for all ages. The Madden Franchise has out lasted numerous football game serie, like Montana football, John Elways Quarterback, and numerous other "competitors".
 The Madden Franchise always comes out as the trend setting, innovative, family oriented, and leading top dog. Many competitors have tried, remember Gameday, but none have accomplished knocking the EA Madden Franchise from the top spot. Every year they add a new twist or gameplay mechanic, better graphics and sound, and a more realistic football gaming experience. Electronic Arts continues to excel with their game titles, producing hit after hit and driving the sports genre on all systems.
 Madden 10 as it is now called, blows past last years game in leaps and bounds. Gone are the cumbersum and frustrating drills to build your superstar. Added are more detailed commentary, better graphics, increased defensive AI, and overall smoother game controls. Sorry to those that liked to hold down sprint and blow away everyone as your player was at top speed like nothing. Gone is some of the fluff that didnt add to the game, watching the draft for example. Madden 10 will be a great addition to anyone in the family looking for a great game to own that is fun for all ages and that anyone, including your mom, can play. |
