If there's one thing Nintendo has come to be known for over the years, it's great first party titles. These titles usually star someone named Mario, Samus,
or Link. This time around we've got another Mario release.
Those of you who have been gaming for a while no doubt remember Mario Kart's debut on the Super NES. Back then the game was pretty simple since systems
could barely do any sort of 3D graphics. There were just a few tracks, cars, and items to be had.
Here we are, many years and many sequels later, having seen one hit every major Nintendo console, with the newest one in a series that doesn't seem to end
anytime soon. Today we're taking a look at Mario Kart Wii.
This Mario Kart not only adds the Wii's intuitive motion based controls, complete with wheel accessory, it also adds online play into the mix. I could sit
here and go on about the Mario Kart features and additions, I could even mention the motorcycles, but that's not what's happening.
Instead I'm just going to move forward and start talking about what has potential to be the best Kart yet. I'm also aware if you're even half as excited
about this release as I am then you'll be reading on. Personally I'm just hoping for a Mario Kart that can relive the old glory of the series without trying
to go the route of Double Dash.
