Are you running games on an ancient PC? Would you like your games to run faster and better with a higher frame count than you're able to pull off right now? Do you really want to enhance your PC's performance without spending hundreds of dollars on upgrades? Yeah, right! Now here's a good one... again.
If I seem short on optimism is because I left it in my other pants along with my wallet and my hopes and dreams. Anyhow, a couple of days before I went on vacation my boss send me an e-mail with a link and a simple statement: "hey, check this out." I knew that my boss intended for me to look at that e-mail after I got back and I planned to do just that. After finishing the last couple of projects for the month I decided to do the responsible thing and pack early (that was a first for me).
Well, since I finished all my work and actually packed early, I had a taste of my vacation before I even left. What to do on my free day? Since I am a true gamer, I give you just one guess to what I decided to do with my day. Give up? Ok, I'll tell you; I decided to play games. But not just games; my favorite games. I was on vacation after all. I could afford to take a break from new releases and try out some of my favorite games on my new computer. But before I drifted to gaming I decided to do one last responsible thing and check my e-mail; after all, I was going to be away from the Internet for two weeks. When I actually took a closer look at the e-mail that my boss send me, what I found was a great treasure; something that I want to share with you. I'm talking about Game Booster by IObit. "Game Booster is developed with the intention to help users solve PC games running slow. When activated, Game Booster will temporarily close other programs that are currently running, turn off background processes, shut down unnecessary Windows services, intensify processor performance, and do a quick RAM sweep. In other words, Game Booster will keep all the features of Windows ready for when users need them, but turn them off when they are ready to play." Faster gameplay; I'm down for the challenge. Although I have a brand new computer there are still two games that once in a while drop some frames when it comes to the frame rate count. If I can earn a few FPS, I'm willing to try Game Booster.
