The ECS board uses the Phoenix Award BIOS common to most Intel motherboards on the market today. The FSB can be set from 200 to 510 in 1MHz implements in the Frequency/Voltage menu. There are no Intel CPUs with higher than a 1066MHz FSB (4x266), and it’s unlikely that any Intel CPU will run at that speed, without some massive cooling or a voltage changes. Unfortunately, there are no Voltage changes to make in this menu, nor anywhere else in the BIOS. Rather disappointing even on budget board.
Overclocking on the board was rather limited because of the limited voltage and frequency changes in the BIOS. Memory frequency can be set from 400, 533 or 667MHz, with no voltage adjustments possible on the memory. CAS Latency, RAS to CAS, RAS Precharge, and Precharge Delay can be modified from the Advanced Chipset Features menu.
