The XFX 8400GS isn’t going to be what you’re looking for as a hardcore gamer, but don’t think that means this is a bad card. The card itself performs very well in Windows Vista, perfect for watching movies or just general everyday use. Older and casual style games will run great as well on this card, just make sure the 8400GS isn’t an unsupported card.

All around for what it is XFX has made a great card here, perfect for the media center computer. Some of the best features being the ability to put it in a low profile case, an S-video out, dual monitor support and it’s nice and quiet. This card is a great choice for those who want HDTV output for their computers as well, but don’t want to shell out a ton of cash. Though not a gaming card, I give this card a Silver Medal for being a solid product in every aspect, and delivering all that is promised of it.
