The Bundle is kept very simple. It comes with the 3D Game O’ mouse, detachable base, driver CD and a quick reference guide. My particular mouse bundle was missing the driver CD which was a small factor as with a quick visit to www.sandiotech.com I was able to download the driver. This task was made even easier since this is Sandio’s first product thus making the product and driver list very small and simple to navigate.



The Sandio software includes a quick walk through on the use of the 3D buttons with the manipulation of a cube in a 3d environment. I found it extremely helpful to take the time to run through this practice program. It even includes a Google Earth preset that allows you to manipulate the 3d map environment of Google Earth with the use of the 3D buttons on the mouse. Using the 3D buttons to change the view of the map instead of the on screen controls really gives a sense of freedom and control that you can not get from your run of the mill mouse.


A feature I found very beneficial was the preprogrammed gaming profiles. Also in the software you will find 23 preprogrammed profiles including some of our favorites: Battlefield 2, Quake 4, Half-Life 2, Far Cry, and Prey to name a few. These profiles are modified with ease to fit just about anyone’s gaming style. I found it to be very painless to edit existing profiles or creating new ones from scratch.
