So, if you're like me you probably skipped all other sections of the review and are now reading this section.

What do you expect from a hundred dollar purchase? Everything!!! And I don't blame you. If you're like me and racing is your favorite gaming genre then you're either looking for a wheel or you already have one.

Regardless if you already have a wheel or if you need a new one, I'm here to talk about the Logitech MOMO Force Feedback Racing Wheel. As the name implies, this is a force feedback wheel; and it works well... really well. If the game supports a wheel, the MOMO can handle it. If the game supports force feedback, the wheel handles that as well and does it beautifully.

The vibrations work excellent. In games that support vehicular damage such as Need for Speed ProStreet or even the classic Codemasters game 1Nsane, most commonly known as Insane, the force feedback is simply amazing. Not only do you feel and shake on every bump (whether it is in the road or from colliding with another vehicle) but depending on how you mangle your ride, your wheel can simulate vehicular damage to the point that it even pulls to one side. That in itself makes the games just that more difficult and realistic.

As I said, the force feedback works great on every game that supports it. Not only that, but the rest of the controls and the gameplay is also very timely. Regardless of how you set up the button configuration on the wheel, every button responds very well. With 10 configurable buttons besides the accelerator/break or the directional axis, the buttons can be configured to initialize just about every function that the game supports. This includes things such as your handbrake, camera controls, niturs (if your vehicle supports it) or even visual aspects such as lights toggle or the horn. Not only that, but with the MOMO Force Feedback Racing Wheel you even have the option of running a manual transmission with ease. This racing wheel has a stick shift where you can use the raw power of a manual transmission with ease. Do you prefer driving on the left or the right side of the road? Sorry, that was a trick question. While the wheel in itself has no power directing the driving rules, it does however have the option to set up the gear shifter on either side of the wheel; this way, regardless if you are left handed or right handed, you can still enjoy a racing game to both its full as well as your full potential. Want to know another cool thing about this wheel? The power adapter is necessary for the wheel's force feedback features. Now, while most times this will not be an issue, assuming that you're at a LAN party and you forgot your power adapter, you can still use the wheel without it; you just sacrifice your force feedback feature. Last but not least, I want to speak about the controller's axis (accelerator and directional output). The controls are very smooth. With a little bit of control on your part, you can easily control the raw power of your vehicle. The accelerator/brake pedals work extremely smooth and are very accurate. Unlike using the keyboard or other controllers, with this MOMO wheel you have the ultimate control over the slightest movement of your car. Are you about to face to face a slight turn? Just turn the wheel slightly; you may also need to take juggle the balance between the accelerator and brake pedal. Are you going just too fast and need a quick 90 degree turn? Here is where it gets more tricky: you have to combine the pedals, wheel direction and possibly some handbrake pressure. When it comes to handling, on this wheel, I have to really give credit to Logitech. The ergonomics were designed perfectly on this wheel; I guess is why they passed the test of time.
