There are two main parts associated with the MOMO Racing Force Feedback wheel. The foot-pedals are one hardware piece while the actual wheel is the second.

Setting up the foot-pedals is by far the easiest piece of hardware that you will ever connect. All you have to do is place them on the ground within your foot range and plug in the pedal cable into the main wheel device. Depending on how your desk is set up and how neat you want to be about running the cable, if you're sloppy like me and just want the device connected, hooking up the pedals should be a 10 to 20 seconds process at most.

Mounting the wheel to the desk can be a bit trickier depending on your setup. The Logitech MOMO Racing Force Feedback wheel has to be hooked to a flat surface. I would say that the thickness of the surface should be at least 1 to 2 inches thick, but that situation can be easily remedied by just placing a book or some folded up newspapers between the desk and the wheel connectors. Once you have a couple of inches available, you can tighten up the screw really well where the wheel is stable to the desk's surface. Once the wheel is securely hooked up, all you have to do (if you haven't done it already) is to plug the power cord in (wheel works without power cord but without it the force feedback does not work) as well as hooking up the USB cable to your PC. Once that is done, you can pretty much just jump in and start racing although I would strongly suggest installing the software as well.
