The advancements in technology would prove to be pointless if no one found a use for it. Let’s face it; we don’t need the high end technology for our every day tasks. A mere Intel Pentium III processor would be more than enough to watch movies, listen to music, and send our massive emails. Who really needs all the extreme power? Those who work with video and music editing do, but then again they don’t make up a high percentage of the consumer crowd. So why is everyone buying the latest gear? That’s because we play games. Games are developing so fast that we need all the power we can get to provide the sweet eye-candy graphics and smoothness.

Gamers not only want the latest computer hardware to supply the gaming power, they also want to look cool when they step into their next LAN party. Thus, the need for “gaming cases” evolved. Currently there are many makers who focus on cases built for gaming systems; Raidmax, NZXT, Logisys, and MGE are just a few examples. These cases are made with two goals—to provide better cooling and killer looks. Our gaming case today comes from one of our sponsors—E-Power. They’re mostly known for the awesome power supplies they manufacture. If you’re not familiar with them, then know that they make power supplies for OCZ.
