Opening the case up is an easy matter, just unscrew the two screws holding the left side of the case in place and slide the doors off. The STARAY had six standoffs already installed on the case, you can change the hole placement as needed whether it’s a Micro-ATX or Standard ATX motherboard. The case is plenty deep for long video cards like the Radeon HD 4890 card.
There are six 3.5" drive bays for the HDDs. This case has plenty of room for HDDs with six 3.5" HDD bays and another 3.5" bay for the FDD. Each drive bay has a rather unique locking mechanism. Simply pull on the tab to remove the mechanism insert the drive and put the mechanism back in place. Easy as pie and it does the job well, namely, holding drives in place. You can also use regular screws if you want.
The rear of the interior has seven expansion slots with covers. There is a single metal piece holding expansion cards in place. Note to remove an expansion cover you need to push out the cover, which unfortunately cannot be replaced. The case does not come with a rear fan installed but there is a mount for 120, 90 and 80mm fans. All in the entire interior is designed excellently, with plenty of room for expansion if the user needs it.
