While this game may not have the most ground breaking graphics for the 360, that doesn't mean it looks bad by any means. This game
looks great.
Expect to see some great looking environments. These locations are very convincing, and even help to bring the player into the game
all the more.
If you're expecting this game to look as good as it does on the PC, well your best bet is to hook up your Xbox through an HD
connection, be it a computer monitor or a HDTV. Personally I run mine through my widescreen computer monitor, and I love the extra
viewing space.
Extra viewing space may not seem like that big of a deal, but take your Xbox and run it through a standard 4:3 screen. Now run it
through widescreen, see how much your game gains.
I've heard people say that the player models are the same ones from Call of Duty 2. Personally I played Call of Duty 2, and I feel
that Call of Duty 4 looks loads better, and even handles the intensity better, from a visual standpoint.
Now we get into the sound. First of all, if you can run this game in Dolby Digital, then do. This is a game where sound will greatly
benefit you, even more so in multiplayer.
In multiplayer, aside from the standard voice chat, sound will help you immensely. You'll be crouched, unloading your gun, and then
sudden death. If your sound was up, you'd have heard that grenade hit by your feet.
Just like with the multiplayer, the graphics and sound here are something I could go on for pages about. All that would do is take
your time and mine, and this is time we could both be using to play this game, so I'll skip that. The screenshots don't do the
graphics justice at all, and I can't show you what the sound is like. These are things you must experience on your own to appreciate.
