Grand Theft Auto is not the only game made by Rockstar although it certainly is the game that turned Rockstar into a powerhouse when it comes to video games.

I would make an official introduction to the game, but unless you have been living under a rock for the last few years you're probably familiar with at least some basic concepts about the game.

You're probably well aware that the Grand Theft Auto series has been one of the most controversial if not the most controversial game ever released. It is filled with violence and crime and absentminded parents have blamed the series for "educating" their kids in an improper way. Even the government of several nations have had dealings concerning what has become the best selling franchise ever.

Personally, I thing that the entertainment industry is not to blame. We as adults need to take responsibility for our own actions and stop blaming the entertainment industry for all our shortcomings. The world is a crewel place and we don't need Grand Theft Auto to remind us of that; all we have to do is tune our TV to the evening news. In 2008 Spike TV has given Grand Theft Auto IV the most prestigious award: Video Game of the Year and now Rockstar has given us something else to think about. The first expansion pack to Grand Theft Auto IV is finally here and it looks like The Lost and Damned will also entertain and shock us. The game turned from Niko Bellic and the Russians to something a bit more American: a biker gang. Move over Hell's Angels because the Lost have come to town and they're not here on vacation. They're here on business.
