Do you ever have one of those days where everything goes wrong and where you just wanted to grab the whole world by the throat and choke it?

Don't lie; we all have days like that from time to time and while some unfortunate individuals actually snap and end up doing some horrible things, most people are capable of channeling their anger and frustration towards other things less harmful to themselves and to society.

I take out my anger and frustration at the world through working out and playing video games. The harder the workout and the more violent the video game, the quicker I release out all the unnecessary tension. That's one reason why games like Grand Theft Auto always had an appeal to me. But games like Grand Theft Auto also have a bad reputation. Some claim that they influence people to act violently.

But what if the character that you control in a game is not human? What if an alien was to do all those horrible deeds to society instead of another person? Would things be the same? There's only one way to find out. I must play Destroy All Humans - Path of the Furon, one of THQ's latest releases. Considering that this game is rated T (teen) for animated blood, crude humor, drug reference, language, sexual themes and violence leads me to believe that as long as aliens are responsible for the violence instead of Niko Bellic there is no reason to slap a M (mature) rating on a game. Sadly enough, I have Destroy All Humans - Path of the Furon and Grand Theft Auto IV side by side, and the rating are almost identical with the only difference being that Rockstar's game is rate M. Well, I think it's about time to find out if the ratings were bias or if the aliens in Destroy All Humans actually have a warmer and kinder heart compared to Niko's.
