Manhunt 2 was made for shock value. It is by far the most demented and gruesome game ever created, but then again ... it was made by Rockstar.

The game itself, if you can put up with the censorship blur is not a bad game. The controls work smoothly, the graphics are intense, the map designs work very well, the AI could use some higher IQ, but in general Rockstar did a good job.

However, if you haven't heard anything about this game, let me point out that it is made for mature audiences only. Please don't purchase this game for your kids. This game actually gives me chills and bad dreams, and I play video games for a living. Never the less, if you want to gross out your girlfriend or friends at a party a sure way to do it is by showing them Manhunt 2. Think of this game as a combination between Hitman and the Saw series. It is dark, demented, and creatively censored.
