While there are games out there that I enjoy much better than others, overall, I'm a gamer thus I enjoy all genre games as long as the game is well made.
I haven't played a hack and slash game in quite a while so when Dungeon Maker II - The Hidden War came out I was looking very forward to giving it a try. I've been wanting to play Neverwinter Nights for some time now but when I moved from Texas to Florida I must have misplaced my CDs somewhere.
That's why Dungeon Maker II looks like a catch. The game claims to be a hack n' slash builder where the player can build, expand and furnish your dungeons while retaining the traditional hack n' slash gaming aspects such as looting dead monsters and treasure chests, it has magic and you even have a pet following you around and doing your bidding. And on top of everything you can share dungeons with other players. My goal is to create a dungeon so complex and maze-like that even I will get lost in it. Until that happens I won't share my creation. But enough of me blabbering on about what my dungeon will be like. I better jump in the game first and see if what they claim is also what they deliver.
