There’s nothing like being a kid and playing with Lego. As a matter of fact, there’s nothing like being an adult and playing with Lego; when you’re an adult due to your experience in life, odds are that you can come up with some rather complicated designs.

Anyhow, when you just don’t have thousands of little Lego pieces to start working on your spaceships or your castles, and especially when you don’t have the time to clean all the pieces up, video game Lego might just be what you need. Lego has traveled to a galaxy far, far away in Lego Star Wars, then the world of video game Lego traveled to the remote locations visited by Indiana Jones in their 2nd Lego release – Lego Indiana Jones, and now, finally, Lego gets to travel to a very dark and gloomy place – Gotham City.

If Lego Batman keeps up with the previous Lego releases, then this game will probably turn out to be awesome (if you’re into the Batman series; especially if you don’t mind the comic input that Lego will insert into the game. Personally, I was a much bigger fan of Lego Star Wars compared to Lego Indiana Jones. In Lego Indiana Jones there were just too many puzzles for my liking. I’m hoping that Lego Batman will be more clear and to the point in the sense of just hunting bad guys instead of running around the map for hours trying to figure it out how to lower a drawbridge. Either or, I should be in for some fun and by the time I’m done with the game I’ll be able to tell you if there’s anything new to Lego Batman or if it is the same Lego game with just new graphic skins thrown over the characters and the maps.
