As much as the single player part of Turok was a blast to play, honestly, the multiplayer aspect of the game was a bit disappointing.

The game as all the aspects seen in most of the other shooters on the market today such as deathmatch, capture the flag, etc. What I was expecting and did not get was the ability to play as a dinosaur. I guess in my own little world I was expecting something around the deathmatch of Alien vs. Predator, but no such luck; you're stuck playing as a boring human. At least, free-roaming dinosaurs can be seen in the multiplayer maps, and if you're careful about it, you can use the dinosaurs to your advantage to lure your opponents into a trap. Besides that, multiplayer is the same old thing seen in other games, just with a different set of guns.
