This game will keep players busy for hours when it comes to multiplayer. Think of Mortal Kombat with Marvel characters and no blood.

There are two modes in which multiplayer are available. The first mode is part of the storyline, in which the 2nd player joins in the fun and helps the 1st player take down the evil villains roaming the planet.

In the second mode, the players venture to one of the many available arenas. The arenas and the characters are unlocked through story mode. In the arena, two Marvel characters enter, one leaves. The arena is an awesome way to battle your friends for ultimate superhero supremacy. Strangely enough, the characters are decently balanced out, and Spiderman even lost a few fights.
