There are two main modes to be played here. First of all there is your normal deathmatch, known as Instant Action. Not much to be had here but
standard deathmatching fun, fast and quick.
Second there's the beef of the multiplayer, Power Struggle. There's quite a bit going on here, sometimes it seems like too much. This is the only
team mode available. That's right, you heard me, no team deathmatch. Why they left that out I have no idea.
When it comes down to it, Power Struggle is a capture the point style deathmatch. There are different objectives to complete for achieving victory.
The ultimate goal is that you want to break into and destroy the enemy base.
In order to complete this, you'll need some heavy firepower. You can get this in a few places. For starters you can capture the armory, allowing your
team to get a few different types of tanks. You can even capture the airfield, allowing your team to fly though the air reigning havoc down below.
All in all the multiplayer modes here are pretty fun, despite the fact that it is lacking with only two modes. The one thing I can't wrap my head
around though is why they would leave out something as basic as a team deathmatch. This would give a more relaxed approach to the team modes,
allowing players to forget about objectives for a match.
