This game can be run just fine on a mid range system, but you’d miss out on the graphics. Unfortunately, the graphics are a bulk of what this game has going for it. This game looks every bit as good as games like Rainbow Six Vegas, but that’s just to trick you. Past the pretty wrapper you find out what this game really is, and that is just an incredibly repetitive shooter with a pretty lame gimmick.

Don’t get me wrong, the ability to take people’s souls into yourself to gain your evil power is pretty cool, but being forced to do it to a room of fallen enemies can get boring as hell. I really wanted to enjoy this title going into it, and I tried very hard to, but for someone like me, graphics do not make the game. I need a game with a solid gameplay concept, and usually a good story to go along with it.

Even if you did manage to make it all the way through this title once, I cannot think of a single reason why you’d play through it a second time. There is nothing to give this game the slightest amount of a sense of replayability, which is also rather important to me in a game.

This game has nothing special to offer that hasn’t been done in other games. The demonic powers can be cool, but also start to get old and tedious after a bit of play. This game might be one worth checking out here in a few months when it hits bargain bins. However, if you’re looking for a cool new shooter with a great concept, then Infernal will be sure to disappoint.
