It seems nowadays, that anything that has true success on the Xbox is later destined for a PC release. Halo, Fable, and soon to be Halo 2 have all made the crossover, and done well as computer games. This also gives all of us who wish to try these games the chance, even if we do not want to shell out the extra money for the console it is on.

Our most recent crossover is Bioware’s Jade Empire. Originally released for the Xbox a while back, many PC gamers have waited patiently for the game to get ported. Recently, Jade Empire Special Edition has been released for all of us PC gamers. Today we’re going to be checking it out, and seeing if this port was really worth the wait or not. My first few minutes spent with the game hold great promise, and over the next few pages we’re going to see if it delivers what was promised.
