The retail bundle of the Oblivion game consists of the Game Disc, a Manual and a Map. The game comes on DVD only, so if you’re stuck in 1996 with a CD-ROM drive, it’s time to upgrade your computer. The manual consists of 48 pages and gives you enough information to get you started in the game. The Map is a duplicate of the one found in the game. In fact, you won’t get lost, as every place you visit and find in the game is marked on the ingame map.

The Collector’s Edition comes with a 112-page guide to the world of Tamriel, the setting for Oblivion. The guide lists the various places in Tamriel you can visit, the history of the land, famous people memorable events and more. There is also a Bonus DVD with a “Making of Oblivion feature”, concept art, renders and screenshots of the game. One unique item in the Collector’s Edition is a replica of a Septim coin, the currency of Tamriel.
