Years ago, the arrival of the original Driver (then dubbed “You are the wheelman”) created quite a stir within the industry. On our hands, we had a superb title, with crisp graphics, a tight story, and amusing mid-mission banter. While the franchise seemed to sit idle until the release of Driver 2 (which sadly never made it to PC), Atari and Revolutions decided to pick up the franchise’s torch once again, bringing it back to PC. Thus, what we have on our hands today is somewhat of a legend reborn, and while we again begin on the streets of Miami, this time we’re going out into a whole new world.
