The graphics are not of the best quality and are sometimes even jerky but representative of the games of 2002. When combat occurs in the game the actions seem to lack overall fluidity while actions begin to get repetitive. The maximum resolution allowed for this game is 1024x768 which is outdated in this day and age but adequate for the time when the game was released. This game also does not offer any real type of graphic options unlike the other RPG games out there on the market to. Considering the sound quality, the sound of this game is mediocre at best. The sounds become repetitive over time and are not up our current 21st century criteria.

The voice-overs are decent but are not of the same quality one would expect when playing, for example, a recent Blizzard release. The voice-overs are acceptable and get the job done, however, are also mediocre at best. Despite this, the random sounds of creatures and metal clanging while playing in the ship gives the player an eerie feeling that doesn't go away. But, the sounds of gunfire and blades clashing against each other are muffled and do not provide the player with realistic, non-repetitive sounds.
