Missing a game here and there is no big deal considering the amount of game being released each month, but missing an entire series…now that’s something to be proud of.
All kidding aside, I decided to give Devil May Cry 4 a try; better late than never. If the 4th installment of the series has something to offer, I can always check out the previous Devil May Cry trilogy. As a matter of fact, this may be a good way to break into the series for another reason. The previous hero has been retired by Capcom. This latest release of the Devil May Cry series has Nero as the main character and our beloved hero. Will Nero be able to take care of business as well as his predecessor or will his presence cause the series to take a downward fall? While I can’t yet comment on Nero’s personality, skills, or weaponry, I can comment on the fact that this game is DirectX 10 friendly. That can only mean one thing: the game will be filled with eye candy. Graphics seems to be what’s on fire these days, so lets just hope that there’s more to Devil May Cry 4 then just graphics.
